Our Policy
Customers are not permitted to bring their own food and drink.
If you have specific dietary requirements, you will be asked by your server so please make sure you inform them of any requirements necessary. Although every effort is made we are not always able to prevent cross contamination.
Please inform us if you feel you may be late. Cancellation or amendment of all bookings must be made by calling the reservation team on 01376 344 334.
Management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or remove any person who in their opinion is causing a nuisance or disruption to other diners.
We have the right to refuse to serve you alcohol if we believe you to be drunk and disorderly.
Hasturk Restaurant operates a strict no drugs policy.
